This warranty and return policy tells you how you're protected and covered when you make the decision to buy our goods and services. It is important that you read this policy, together with any other consumer policies we may provide, so that you know we have your back while you're on the crazy ride that is life's journey.

Returns & Exchanges:
Our products can only be returned or exchanged if unused, inside the original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the posted delivery date.
For orders placed between November 1st and December 15th, returns will be extended until January 15th to account for holiday shopping.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items that are returned without the original packaging but in like-new and undamaged condition will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee. Refund is conditional on product use inspection upon return -- lunchbox INC reserves the right to delay payment until item is received, processed, and inspected. Used products will not be refunded.
In the event of a manufacturer defect, defective products will be replaced (including cost of shipping) at no cost to the customer. Defective items will be inspected for improper use and non-manufacturer damage, and compared against historical quality assurance reports. If the defect was in fact not caused by the manufacturer, the item may be returned to the customer upon payment of all outstanding shipping expenses.
The lunchbox product is covered under a one-year warranty from date of order placement. The lightshow product line is covered under a 30-day warranty. Unless defective, lunchbox skins can not be replaced due to their collectible and rare nature.
The lunchbox product warranty includes either a product repair or replacement of a “like-new” product. Return cost of shipping will be covered by customer unless the product deficiency is due to a defective item.
For any and all warranty claims related to the JuiceBox hydration bladder, the hydration hose, or hydration nozzle, your claim is fully covered under HydraPak's Beyond Lifetime Guarantee. File your form claim here.
